PerformIQ is looking for retail staff on behalf of our client, who will work as needed, both during the day and in the evenings and weekends. This position is suitable for you who enjoy sports, service, and customer interaction. Your main tasks will include:

Cash handling
Customer interaction
Stock replenishment in the store
Alarm clothing

Personal Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who is service-minded and proactive. To succeed in the role of a retail salesperson, you also need to:

Express yourself well in Swedish
Be organized and structured
Work flexibly and help where needed

The job involves customer contact and relationship building with both existing and new customers, which means you need to feel comfortable with this. You are social and outgoing with an understanding of sales and additional service. You believe that customer satisfaction is important and interact with others professionally and joyfully. Furthermore, we see that you are action-oriented and work efficiently.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in retail, cash handling, and have knowledge of sports equipment.

We highly value your qualities and would like you to have a background in sports or community life. Please share what activity you have practiced, how it has shaped you as a person, and how you believe this affects you in a role as a retail salesperson.

Scope: Part-time
Working hours: Fixed schedule Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM with the chance of a weekend day per week and five days a week during the summer.
